How Rovers Football Club Membership Works...

Q. How much are Rovers Football Club membership registration fees?

A. The 2024 registration fees are R 2 500 per annum, per player, due 31 March 2024.

Q. When does the football season start for the year?

A. Rovers Football Club resumes every year in the January, in preparation for League which starts in April 2024.

Q. Where do I purchase a Rovers kit?

A. An invoice will be distributed by Rovers Football Club once registrations are closed and kits finalised.

Q. What are the training times during the week?

A. Rovers Football Club trains Monday to Friday from 16:00 onwards. A training timetable will be shared on the relevant player WhatsApp group.

Q. When are game days?

A. Little Rovers and Junior Rovers their play games on Saturdays, while the seniors play their games on Sundays. Tournament round-robin days are held on Saturdays and

will be communicated in advance.

Q. How do we receive communication regarding game times?

A. Co-ordinated by the Team Managers, parents will be added to the relevant team group on WhatsApp for game times, updates and important information.

Q. What will I need to register my child with Rovers Football Club?

A. Rovers Football Club requires a completed registration form with a certified copy of your childs' birth certificate, parent's identification documents and a clear colour head-shot photo of your child for their club card for player verification on game days.

Q. What will my child need to bring to practice and game days?

A. All players are required to wear shin guards at practice and games at all times. Water, sunblock, food/snacks and appropriate seasonal clothing and kit helps maintain healthy and protected children.
