* Before player is registered and kit is ordered.

Balance Payment Due : 31 March 2025 - R1500

Sibling Discount : 1st Sibling 10%, Second Sibling 15%

OR

Total Annual Fees Once-Off Payment: R 3 500

Fill Out the Registration Form:

Provide accurate and complete details about the player and parent/guardian.

Attach Required Documents:

-Certified copy of the player’s birth certificate

-Copy of the parent/guardian’s identification documents

-A clear, color head-shot photo of the player

-Medical aid card if applicable

-Proof of registration payment

Submit the Form and Documents:

Ensure all sections are completed before submitting.

Important Notes:

-Banking details provided on registration form

-Incomplete submissions may delay the registration process.

-Unpaid fees will result in players not participating in matches.

-Once registration is confirmed, you will receive further details about the season start and training schedules.
